A Safe Haven offers a unique environment for men, women, women with children, non-violent ex offenders, and people with HIV/AIDS.

We support an individual through the design and implementation of a personal Continuum of Housing and Care, the steps a client takes to regain a sense of self and purpose in his world. Sober transitional residences, treatment and services, education, life skills, family reunification, affordable housing, job training, and employment. Our programs are designed to support the client as he sustains his recovery.

A Safe Haven has developed proven policies and procedures that have reduced the State's rate of recidivism among ex offenders and offered a model that has had national and global replication.  400 clients annually. 70% success rate.

In January 2007 our partnership expanded to service parole violators. A Safe Haven offers assessment and case management to these clients and will launch a unique center for these services in 2008. Quality new and collaborative partners are linked to our programs.
