Directs training and operations of A Nail Haven, the economic development mission for women at A Safe Haven. Allen (Skip) Land, Chief Operating Officer Pioneer in the field of human services with wealth of knowledge and expertise in industry development, planning and delivery of programs. Eleven years with state wide social services agency including Residential Aftercare Services and The Residence for Men. A National Certified Recovery Specialist and a Certified Addictions Counselor. Sterling J. Gildersleeve, Executive Director Fifteen years experience in Alcoholism and Substance Abuse program delivery. Twelve years management of halfway Houses and Sober Housing Programs. National Certified Recovery Specialist, certified Substance Abuse Counselor, Regional Director, Association of halfway Houses Alcoholism Programs, Advisor to the Illinois Association of Extended Care. Fenlis Jefferson, Program Director Design and operations for homeless and criminal justice re-entry programs. Directs marketing, policy and development objectives. Current President of Illinois Association of Extended Care, Board Director, Association of Halfway House Alcoholism Programs of North America, Regional Committee, Faces and Voices of Recovery. National Certified Recovery Specialist. Directed “Recovery Olympics”. Mark Mulroe, General Counsel Joined A Safe Haven March 1998 as in-house General Counsel. Implemented programs involving residential recovery homes, rehabilitative services and professional organizations including the Illinois Association of Drug Court Professionals. Currently sits on several committees in the field of substance abuse services, legislation and education. Illinois Bar, November 1989.
